When subjected to poor <a href=\"https:\/\/chiroduportage.com\/en\/does-the-ideal-posture-really-exist\/\">posture<\/a>, muscle tension or repetitive overload, it can contribute to cervical pain, neck stiffness and even headaches.<\/p><p>For example, when the head juts forward for hours in front of a computer, on a phone, or while sitting for long periods, the cervical muscles must work harder to compensate. Even a few extra centimeters can greatly increase the load on neck muscles, promote nape tension and contribute to some cervicogenic headaches.<\/p><p>And this phenomenon doesn\u2019t only affect adults.
